SPP’S FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY HELD VIRTUALLY

On July 6 the Small Producers’ Symbol held its General Assembly virtually for the first time, lasting over six hours.
Participating at this Fifth Assembly were over 50 representatives of small producers’ organizations, national small producers’ networks, final buyers and civil society organizations, as well as observers and FUNDEPPO collaborators. More>>

FUNDEPPO CHANGES NAME TO SPP GLOBAL

During the Fifth General Assembly, the name change from FUNDEPPO to the Símbolo de Pequeños Productores Global (Small Producers’ Symbol Global), abbreviated as ‘SPP Global,’ was approved, as part of the 2016-2020 Strategic Plan.

SMALL PRODUCERS PARTICIPATE IN ORGANIC EXPO

The 15th Annual Organic Expo was held on June 22-24, 2016 in Mexico City. This event is considered the most important for the country’s organic sector.
